I scanned a product and got no score. Why?

We may not have enough data for that product yet, but your scan helps us learn! If the brand hasn’t submitted verified data, the system falls back to AI-based estimates or flags the product as unknown.

How do I earn tokens?

You’ll earn tokens when you:

  • Scan products

  • Make verified low-impact purchases

  • Share impact badges

  • Refer friend

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We don’t track your identity or shopping history, only anonymous scan data to help improve estimates.

I'm a brand, how do I verify my products?

Head to the Brands portal, claim your product, and submit relevant data or certifications. Your verification tier will update based on what you submit.

Can I suggest a new feature or suggest an improvement?

What's the difference between Verified and Estimated data?

Verified = Brand or certifier uploaded data Estimated = AI-powered prediction when verified info isn’t available You’ll always see which fields are confirmed and which are predicted.
